Works fine but some games like Burnout 3 seem to hang on loading when transferred to the Hard Disk. I didn't find this with other IDE Drives. Maybe I need to change the IDE Cable? |

How did you get this to work According to what I've read this is a SATA drive which is NOT compatible with XBOX.

Jim, you have to use an adapter (most recommend this one on DealExtreme: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/sata-to-ide-hard-disk-mini-vertical-bridge-adapter-card-12537).
I've been trying for months to use xboxhdm v1.9 to configure this drive for my v1.6 xbox to no avail. Everything appears to work, but I always get error 13 when installed to the xbox. Could you provide further instructions on how you accomplished this or an email address so we could compare notes? Thanks! |

When testing, for some reason i had to have my case top on or it would not boot. Took me forever to figure it out. |

If you are getting Error 13, you probably need a 40-pin, 80-wire IDE cable. If you are getting Error 13, I would assume that your cable only has 40-wires. |
