| I was surprised the 1200JB locked, as the forums seem to suggest that people were having trouble. It was an OEM drive, just came in anti static wrap.
The Samsung is very quiet, but the Wester Digital is not that much louder and is significantly faster at load and FTP. Motherboard temperature is the same for both drives, 38 degrees celcius (with case on, after running for 12+ hours) |
