"Frozen" doesn't mean it doesn't support locking.. |

i ran into the same thing with mine, same model. unlockhd utility kept saying not lockable/frozen when using xboxhdm. tried also using chimp. no go on that either... anyone else know a workaround for this? |

go into your bios settings and change it so he hard drive is not installed. then run xboxhdm. |

Plug the drive in after the boot selection screen comes up, then enter 3 or whatever the number is for locking/unlocking utilities. My drive did the same thing and this worked perfectly. Or an alternative is to try a different computer. |
