correction: It does work! you have to make sure you remove all jumpers, eventhough it may say to put the jumper to a specific pin to set as master drive. It will work just the same without any jumpers. |

still not working properly. My xbox still can't unlock this hard drive. I get an 06 Error on my xbox. It's best to avoid this model. |

I did get the hard drive to run smoothly on my PC to use the XBOXHDM 1.9 utility but once I put it in my xbox it still gives me 06 error (unable to unlock HD).
I just relialized that this drive is and WD Caviar SE. Don't get SE (Special Edition). They don't work, even though they are lockable. You should get the non-SE Western Digital hard drives. |
