| Significant speed increase over previously installed Maxtor 6Y080P0. (Sorry, can't clock it) Drive sometimes makes thunking or "cat" noises while running but works perfectly. Yes, the controller is a derivative of the legendary IBM Deathstar but the drive is working reliably. |
