| This drive locked with no problems. I had bought two of these from Circuit City the same day, but the other could not be locked. The main difference I see is in the model number. This one, which as I said before locked, has the model number WD1600JB - 00GVC0. The other, which would not lock has the model number WD1600JB - 75GVC0. |
