| This really sucks! I bought this drive because it was on the HD compatability list. It will no Lock! Works fine otherwise. Makes a little noise though.but I will probably have to install a removable drive bay to swap between the maxtor and original factory hd if I ever decide to use Xbl. If you have that problem and can't get a refund or exchange for the drive you purchased you can custom install a drive bay available at custom computer cables http://www.mycableshop.com/sku/BAYATA1003.htm?x=27&y=15 Just copy and paste this url into your web browser. I am just posting this because I had to pay a restocking fee to change my other 6y250l0 not on locking list for the 7y250p0 which is on the locking list but still won't lock. Mycable shop is very good they will even make suggestions to Help you with the custom configuration. |
