| Lockable....but.
In virgin state ATAPWD.EXE told me it was in "frozen mode set" and hdlock coud not lock it. Bummer Then I tried configmagic, 3 versions, including some betas. The program started, but the menu did not appear when I pressed "start". I even tried the xbepatcher, but still no menu. 2x bummer. As a last chance I tried UnlockX ver 2.0 ( h**p://www.dssforyou.com/files/UnLockX.zip ) , and finally I was able to lock the drive. I had to write down the HDD key from the status screen from configmagic, no backups or logs had the correct lock/unlock code. |
