| Certainly hotter then the original drive so I increased the fan speed via unleash-x dash. There is a clicking noise with this drive as reported by others, but not that noticeable. No instllation problems. Overall a very good drive, I have always used Seagates, they have never let me down. |

| Could you post what firmware version, config code, and config level your drive is? I just purchased an OEM version of this drive, and it does not support ATA Security Mode. |
