| This HDD belongs to Seagate Barracuda LP Series. According to Wikipedia: "This is the latest family and the first that operates at a spindle speed of 5900 RPM. Their capacity ranges from 1 TB to 2 TB. They support SATAII and their buffer size is 32 MB." Performance is good playing games or watching movies in XBMC. The unit is ver quiet as far as I've tested. Seagate claims to achieve a maximum 2.0 bels while searching, has an average latency of 5.5ms and seems to comsume 50% less power. I think it's a very good choice for using in our old Xboxes |
