hi i have the same hdd and i have a softmodded xbox is there a way i can put that hdd in there? I used the xboxhdm 1.9 and it won't lock for some reason if you know what to do please help me thanks.

| I was able to unlock and lock mine after i turned of smart protection in the bios. why this worked i do not know. I have the same hard drive maybe the series ext may be different but wd hds are always pretty good about being locked. |
